Welcome to St. Martin’s Math Club!

What is it?

The math club provides students the opportunity to increase their math skills, through games, activities, problem solving, and competition. 

When do we meet?

The math club will meet regularly every Friday at 7:20 am.  If you are interested in participating in the Math Counts competition, there will be additional meeting sessions in the afternoon.  Check the website for the exact dates.

Where do we meet?

We meet in Ms. Bartholomai’s classroom.

Is Math Club the same as Math Counts?

Yes and No J All students are welcome to participate in the math club.  The activities are not strictly related to the math counts competition, there will be other type of games, activities and participation in the math counts competition is optional. 

During math club we will learn to use graphing calculators, play games, and work on problem solving activities.

If you decide to compete to be a part of the Math Counts competition, you will have to attend additional sessions that focus exclusively on the format of the Math Counts competition.
